Boardwalk Beach Resort - Myrtle Beach

The location was definitely a highlight, just steps away from the beach! Plus, the front desk staff were nice during check-in, which started my trip on a decent note. The pools looked inviting, and I was looking forward to some relaxation time by the water.

But wow, the experience went downhill fast. The rooms were outdated and felt dirty, plus noise from rowdy guests made it impossible to relax. Wi-Fi was a nightmare—I couldn't connect at all! After multiple trips to the office, I was met with zero help. I left early because I just couldn't take it anymore!

We appreciated absolutely fabulous and beautiful room in the main tower...

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it. Respectful staff, I enjoyed the non-smoking room I booked. Also, location was EXCELLENT, within walking distance of Anderson Park.

I had really nice days staying at this beachside hotel. Booked a room with lovely views of the beach. The venue was in a decent location, to the Boardwalk. I liked nearby Coastal Wine Boutique, they had nice drinks.

Very close to everything and easy yo get around. Staff very nice.

The room that I got was okey due to the air condition water was dripping down from balcony to balcony.

Ease of booking

Lack of parking, Spouse has disability, classified by State of sc and there was little parking close to building. Made it difficult having to drop her off fight traffic to park if space open in "remote parking. This would be reason I would suggest another family with same circumstance try another resort.

I appreciated the easy access to the beach and the lovely pool area. The room was comfortable, and the staff were great too ensure my stay was pleasant.

The contact with management was excellent and responsive. The location is excellent for beach lovers and the facilities, though lacking food service, was very adequate. We did not use the swimming facilities on site as we did not sufficient time but outwardly, they looked in excellent condition and well taken care of. Grounds were well maintained.

No food service available on site but plenty with in walking distance.

Everything within walking distance-leave the car parked.

Disappointing Experience but Great Location

We had a five-night family vacation, but the room left much to be desired. While the view was fine, the amenities were outdated. Be sure to check the kitchen appliances thoroughly, and consider dining options nearby instead of relying on in-room cooking. The beach was fantastic, though!

I like the fact that is was right on the Beach. I also liked the location, it wasn't far from the shopping areas.

The facility advertised itself as a resort, the TV was from the 1970's the room decore was ancient. The water from the air conditioning unit above us was dripping onto our balcony so that we couldn't sit outside. They didn't have coffee in the "resort" at all and their "cafe" didn't open until 10am, so I had to drive to get coffee in the mornings.

It was very clean. Housekeepers were very friendly and everything was wellcleaned. The pools were nice n the lawn well kept.
